Latest Travel Requirement and Information

Passengers are responsible for having a valid passport and all required travel documents, such as visas or entry permits. They must also meet all immigration, health, and travel requirements of their destination or transit countries.
Immigration authorities may deny entry for missing, invalid, or damaged documents. All resulting costs are the passenger’s responsibility. Majestic Fast Ferry is not liable for delays, denied entry, or issues caused by incomplete or improper travel documentation.

  • A passport with at least 185 days’ validity
  • The passport must be in good condition and free from any tears, stains, or physical damage.
  • The passport must contain at least one unused visa page for the visa-on-arrival sticker. (if applicable)

All travellers including Indonesia citizens are required to submit Indonesia arrival card within 3 days before arrival.

7-Day Visa on Arrival (Special Riau Islands VOA)

A special 7-day Visa on Arrival is now available exclusively for visitors to the Riau Islands (Batam, Bintan, and Karimun).
  • Fee: Rp250,000 /pax
  • Purchase Method: Available only offline
  • Validity: Maximum stay of 7 days.
  • Extensions: Not extendable.
  • Purpose: Tourism only.

Required Documents for VOA Application

To ensure a smooth immigration process, visitors must prepare:
  • Passport with at least 185days’ validity and one empty visa page
  • Completed All Indonesia Arrival Card
  • Return or onward ticket
  • Exact VOA payment in Rupiah(recommended to avoid delays)

The following categories of travelers are eligible for visa-free entry when traveling from Singapore to Indonesia.
Eligible Category Description
Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) Individuals holding valid Permanent Resident (PR) status in Singapore, identifiable by a blue National Registration Identity Card (NRIC).
Singapore Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) holders Spouses or children of Singapore PRs who hold a valid Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) issued by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of Singapore.
Singapore Student’s Pass holders Foreign nationals currently studying in Singapore and holding a valid Student Pass issued by the Singapore government.
